Next month marks the launch of Shaun T’s highly-anticipated new program, INSANITY MAX:30®.  From all indications, this thing’s about to set the fitness world on fire. With hardcore cardio and strength routines, it’s all about shattering limits and besting your personal MAX OUT time.

What are you most excited about with MAX:30?

I’m excited to see more people get healthy, fit and motivated. I’m also excited we have a low-impact modifier, something we didn’t have with INSANITY®. But most of all, I’m excited that so many new people are going to join the INSANITY family.

What inspired you to create the program?

When I created INSANITY, it was the first fitness program that showed what happens if you work crazy hard – you get amazing results. But with MAX:30, I took some of what I missed with INSANITY like upper body strength training, and made it separate from the other workouts which are more cardio based.

If you could sum up MAX:30 with one word, what would it be?

Plateau-buster.

Who’s the ideal MAX:30 customer?

It’s about MAXING OUT, so it’s for someone who’s mentally strong. On the other hand, it’s also for someone who has never really been challenged to overcome physical obstacles. The bottom line is MAX:30 is for anyone who wants to make themselves better—every day.

What do you do when you’re having trouble beating your MAX OUT time?

First and foremost, there’s no such thing as failure with this program. Success happens the moment you push play. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to beat your MAX-OUT time. Ask yourself if you tried your hardest. If you answered yes, you succeeded. If you didn’t or felt lazy, you need to change up your mindset. It’s your mind versus your body—which one will win?

How would you pitch MAX:30 in 30 seconds?

Do you want to get fit? Can you do thirty minutes a day? Do you want to feel successful every day during your fitness journey? Do you want a program with a low-impact modifier in case you run into trouble? Would you want to do a program like that? If you answered yes to all those questions, then MAX:30 is for you.

Who or what motivates you to succeed?

My amazing grandfather. He would take me on walks. He was 72, but would always walk so fast. He taught me how important it is to always be in peak physical condition. He said at some point your body won’t look as good, but if you’re in the best shape possible, you can push forward and succeed.

Of all your accomplishments, what are you most proud of?

I’m proud that I’ve been able to successfully create different types of programs to inspire and change people’s lives. Hip Hop Abs® and Rockin’ Body® are centered on dancing and fun. INSANITY: THE ASYLUM® is complete sports training. FOCUS T25® crosses all platforms. And now there’s INSANITY MAX:30 which is just ridiculously hard. I like that I’m not the kind of trainer who can be pushed into a box with just one style.

Cuando hice INSANITY, fue el primer programa de ejercicio que te mostraba qué pasa si te ejercitas como loco: obtienes resultados increíbles. Pero con MAX:30, tomé aquello que me hizo falta en INSANITY, como el entrenamiento de fortalecimiento de la parte superior del cuerpo, y lo separé de otros ejercicios que se basan más en cardio.

¿Si pudieras resumir MAX:30 en una sola palabra, cuál sería?

Desestancar.

¿Quién es el cliente idóneo para MAX:30?

Se trata de llegar al LÍMITE MÁXIMO, así que es un programa para alguien de mente fuerte. Por otro lado, también es para alguien que nunca se ha retado a superar obstáculos físicos. En conclusión, MAX:30 es para cualquiera que quiera convertirse en una mejor versión de sí mismo, todos los días.

¿Qué haces cuando tienes problemas para superar tu LÍMITE MÁXIMO?

En primer lugar, en este programa no existe el fracaso. El éxito ocurre en el momento que oprimes el botón del video. Se requiere de mucho coraje para superar tu tiempo límite. Pregúntate a ti mismo si ya diste tu máximo esfuerzo. Si tu respuesta es sí, entonces ya triunfaste. Si la respuesta es no, o te sentiste flojo, entonces necesitas cambiar tu mentalidad. Es tu mente contra tu cuerpo. ¿Cuál va a ganar?

¿Cómo venderías MAX:30 en 30 segundos?

¿Te quieres poner en forma? ¿Puedes ejercitarte 30 minutos al día? ¿Quieres triunfar todos los días en tu camino hacia un cuerpo más en forma? ¿Quieres un programa con un modificador de bajo impacto en caso de que encuentres problemas? ¿Te gustaría realizar un programa con estas características? ¿Qué o quién te motiva al éxito?

Mi increíble abuelo. Él me llevaba a caminar. Tenía 72 años, pero siempre caminaba muy rápido. Él me enseño lo importante que es tener una buena salud física. Él me dijo que algún día mi cuerpo no se vería tan bien como antes, pero que si estás en el mejor estado físico posible, siempre puedes empujar hacia adelante y triunfar.

Sin obstáculo que valga

La clave para llegar a ser Entrenadora Elite en tan solo dos años es ver los obstáculos con una mirada positiva y usarlos a favor

Audry Díaz, Entrenadora Diamante 3 Estrellas, y su equipo celebran cada vez que alguien dice “no” a su invitación a Team Beachbody, ¿la razón? Es la forma en que alguien nuevo aprende a no tener miedo al rechazo y a creer en sí mismo para volver a intentarlo.

De esa forma, Díaz convierte los obstáculos en oportunidades y no solamente los supera, sino que los aprovecha.

Audry Diaz“Siempre hay tiempos difíciles, hay días en que todos te dicen que no, y parece que nada va a salir bien, pero uno tiene que ser perseverante y creer en uno mismo”, dijo Díaz.

“Aunque no podemos ver el éxito ahora mismo, si seguimos avanzando, vamos a encontrarlo, es cuestión de dejar el miedo atrás, superar los obstáculos y dejar la zona de comodidad”, agregó enfática.

Esa es la forma en que esta estadounidense de padres dominicanos ha llevado su exitoso negocio en Team Beachbody.

Aún cuando tenía suficientes actividades en su vida cotidiana, se animó a formar su propio negocio y hoy en día esta muy cerca del rango Elite en Team Beachbody.

Sin embargo, tal vez el mayor obstáculo que Audry ha logrado vencer es el querer dejar la comodidad de un trabajo seguro en la empresa de su papá, por el sueño de crear algo por sí misma en Team Beachbody.

“Mis papás trabajaron muy duro para formar su negocio, un supermercado. Su herencia fue pagarme a mí y a mis hermanos la universidad y me siento muy orgullosa de ellos, pero yo también quiero crear algo y mostrarle a mis hijos que se puede ser empresario, es cuestión de creer en uno mismo”, explicó.

Audry tiene una vida muy ocupada como madre y esposa que trabaja de tiempo completo, pero eso no la ha detenido porque ha organizado su negocio alrededor de sus actividades diarias.

Audry Diaz“Me levanto a las 5:00 de la mañana para hacer ejercicio, luego me voy a las redes sociales para platicar con mis grupos reto, al terminar hago las labores normales de la casa, los hijos, las tareas, el trabajo y atiendo a mi esposo, al final del día, aunque ya estoy cansada mi negocio viene primero antes que el sueño, sigo trabajando porque estoy haciendo crecer algo que es más grande que yo”, comentó.

Para lograr sus objetivos, subraya que aprovecha cualquier oportunidad para hacer crecer su grupo.

“Las relaciones son lo más importante, siempre busco personas similares a mi, madres, esposas y personas que comparten mi misma fe. Cada oportunidad que tengo de hacer una nueva relación la aprovecho y busco una conexión”, apuntó.

Uno de los consejos para otros Entrenadores es conquistar mercado.

“Cuando ya todas las personas que conocen han entrado en tu reto, es hora de expandirte, hacer un cambio de mente y buscar más oportunidades para invitar. Pierde el miedo y busca cualquier oportunidad para hablar con gente nueva”, recomendó.

Otra estrategia es manejar bien los Grupos Reto.

“Tengo un chat en Facebook donde pongo consejos todos los días. Uno diferente para los Entrenadores líderes y otro para los nuevos grupos porque es una conversación distinta para cada uno. Aunque también es importante reunirse personalmente y hablar de los objetivos”, dijo.

Su meta a corto plazo es llegar a la próxima Cumbre de Entrenadores convertida en Diamante 10 Estrellas y ver a sus Entrenadores convertirse en Diamantes.

Shaun T¿Cuál es el mejor regalo que has recibido?
¡Una tarjeta de regalos de Dunkin’ Donuts! Me encantan las donas y nunca paso un día sin mi café de la mañana. Es lo mejor de ambos mundos.

¿Qué encabeza tu lista de regalos de este año?
Mi deseo es que pueda tener a toda mi familia, incluyendo a mis sobrinos, en mi casa en Arizona. ¡Eso sería una Navidad increíble!

¿Cuál es el capricho que nunca puedes evitar permitirte para estas fiestas?
¡Pastel de calabaza! No toquen el mío. No miren el mío. No lo comparto con nadie.

¿Cómo evitas comer de más durante las fiestas?
¡Todo a la mitad! Con quien sea que vayas a la fiesta, deben proponerse solamente comer la mitad. Es una buena filosofía para tomar en cuenta para el Año Nuevo.

¿Cuál es tu consejo para mantenerse en forma durante las fiestas?
Todos los días ejercítate cinco minutos más de lo que normalmente harías. Para cuando termine la semana, habrás hecho una rutina de ejercicios T25® extra.

¡Me gusta mucho el pastel de manzana! Pero la mayoría del tiempo intento mantener un plan saludable y trabajarlo durante todo el año.

¿Cómo evitas comer de más durante las fiestas?
¡Nunca llegues hambriento! Y si sientes la necesidad de beber alcohol, toma un vaso de 10 onzas con agua entre cada trago. No te pondrás tan borracho ni actuarás como un tonto, ni acumularás tantas calorías.

¿Cuál es tu consejo para mantenerse en forma durante las fiestas?
¡Sé fiel a tu rutina! No dejes que las fiestas te reduzcan el paso. Entrena como si fuera el 18 de marzo, el 8 de junio o el 22 de septiembre.

¿Cuáles son algunas rutinas de ejercicios rápidas que se pueden hacer mientras viajas?
P90X3® Yoga nunca falla. ¡Ah, y solo dura 30 minutos!

Chalene Johnson¿Cuál es el mejor regalo que has recibido?
Videos personales de mis hijos diciendo que me aman. Poder ver como sus rostros y voces van cambiando con los años no tiene precio. Lloro cada vez que lo veo.

Ponerse una meta “No aumentar de peso” en diciembre. Organizarse y empezar antes para que “sentirse retrasado” no se convierta en una excusa.

¿Cuáles son algunas rutinas de ejercicios rápidas que se pueden hacer mientras viajas?
Siempre subo las escaleras corriendo. ¡Subo las escaleras bailando mis canciones favoritas!

Autumn Calabrese¿Cuáles son tus planes para las fiestas?
Mi hermano menor vendrá a casa a pasar Día de Acción de Gracias. Yo cocino, comemos y le gano jugando Rumicube.

¿Puedes compartir con nosotros algunas de tus recetas saludables favoritas para las fiestas?
Aquí les dejo mi receta para chili de pavo:

  • 1 pimiento verde cortado en cubitos
  • 1 pimiento rojo cortado en cubitos
  • 1 cebolla amarilla cortada en cubitos
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco prensado por expulsor
  • 2 latas de frijoles rojos orgánicos, lavados y colados
  • 1 lata de tomates orgánicos cortados en cubitos
  • 1 taza de vino tinto (uso Cabernet si lo tengo a la mano)
  • 1 libra de pavo cocido o carne molida de res alimentada de hierba
  • 1 cucharada de polvo para Chili
  • 3 cucharadas de cilantro picado y fresco
  • 2 cucharaditas de pimienta de cayena
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal de mar

Instrucciones: Saltea los pimientos, cebolla y ajo con el aceite de coco durante unos minutos. Agrega el resto de los ingredientes incluyendo la carne cocida. Cuando empiece a hervir, reduce la llama y hierve a fuego lento durante 20 minutos. Agrega el cilantro y espolvorea un poco de queso de cabra desmenuzado. ¡Un excelente plato para los domingos de fútbol!

¿Cómo evitas comer de más durante las fiestas?
Nunca salgo a una fiesta con hambre. También evito mantener conversaciones estando cerca de la mesa de buffet, es una forma muy sencilla de comer de más.

¿Cuál es tu consejo para mantenerse en forma durante las fiestas?
Tienes que ser muy consciente de lo que comes, ser fiel a tus ejercicios y no ver la época de fiestas como una excusa para comer y beber lo que quieras.

¿Cuáles son algunas rutinas de ejercicios rápidas que se pueden hacer mientras viajas?
¿Has intentado 21 Day Fix®? Es la forma perfecta de controlar tus alimentos y mantener tu rutina de ejercicios, incluso cuando viajas.

Sagi Kalev¿Cuáles son tus planes para las fiestas?
Visitar a mi familia en Israel y pasar un tiempo con la familia de mi prometida en Nueva York. ¡Estoy muy emocionado por eso!

¿Cuál es el capricho que nunca puedes evitar permitirte para estas fiestas?
No es que me lo permita; lo disfruto. Creo que la palabra “pemitir” está asociado con el arrepentimiento, y nunca me arrepiento de nada. Si veo algo que quiero comer, lo hago. No lo pienso dos veces.

¿Cómo evitas comer de más durante las fiestas?
Consume tus alimentos de la forma en la que lo harías normalmente. De esta forma, tomarás mejores decisiones y es menos probable que comas de más. Otra buena idea es traer un platillo saludable para compartir y disfrutar.

¿Cuál es tu consejo para mantenerse en forma durante las fiestas?
Mantener un equilibrio físico, emocional y espiritual.

Leandro Carvalho¿Cuál es el mejor regalo que has recibido?
Cuando tenía seis años, me regalaron una bicicleta. Fue muy emocionante, pues fue el inicio de mi vida en el entrenamiento físico.

¿Qué encabeza tu lista de regalos de este año?
Una casa en la playa. Pero soy feliz con una buena salud y un par de jeans que hagan que mis glúteos se vean bien.

¿Puedes compartir con nosotros algunas de tus recetas saludables favoritas para las fiestas?
Quinua con camarones. Estos son los ingredientes: Quinua, camarón, pepino, lima, aceite de oliva, vinagre balsámico, sal, pimienta, soya, betabel, arándano rojo seco, nueces, y lechuga o rúcula.

  1. Remoja y drena los camarones en agua fría y apártalos a un lado listos para usarse.
  2. Ponle lima a los camarones 20 minutos antes de comenzar a preparar el platillo. Una vez secos los camarones, agrega un diente de ajo picado, sal, pimienta y déjalo sazonar por 10 minutos.
  3. Saltea los camarones.
  4. Corta el betabel en pedazos pequeños y cuécelo en agua hirviendo. Prepara la quinua en la misma agua en la que cociste el betabel.

Agrega sal, pimienta, vinagre, aceite de oliva, lima y soya, y déjalo en el refrigerador hasta que sea hora de servir. Agrega el arándano rojo seco y el pepino picado por encima, y sirve la quinua y los camarones sobre una cama de lechuga. ¡Listo!

¿Cómo evitas comer de más durante las fiestas?
Intento comer algo sano antes para no sentir tanta hambre. Aunque, para ser sincero, no me preocupo mucho. Después de todo, tenemos que disfrutar de la vida.

¿Cuál es tu consejo para mantenerse en forma durante las fiestas?
Planifica de antemano y ejercítate un poco más antes de las fiestas. Tampoco olvides seguir comiendo cosas saludables en casa, como Shakeology®, sopas o ensaladas.

But have no fear; our celebrity trainers are here with great tips and healthy strategies to make this what it should be; the most fun and exciting time of the year.

What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?
A Dunkin’ Donuts gift card! I love donuts, and I never skip a day without my morning coffee! It’s the best of both worlds.

What’s at the top of your wish list this year?
My hope and wish is to have my whole family, including my nephews, come to my house in Arizona. That would make it an amazing Christmas!

What’s one holiday treat you can’t help indulging in?
Pumpkin pie! Don’t touch mine. Don’t look at mine. I don’t share it with anyone.

How do you avoid overeating at holiday parties?
Half it up! Whoever you go to a party with, you should each commit to eating half of everything. It’s a great philosophy to take into the New Year.

What’s your best advice for staying fit during the holidays?
Every day, do five minutes more than what you would normally do. By the end of week, you’ll have done an extra T25® workout.


What’s at the top of your wish list this year?
What do you give the guy who has too much already? My wish is that more people find the time to help family and friends get healthy. I hope every single Coach subscribes to TonyHortonFitness on YouTube and buys P90® for someone who needs it.

What are your plans for the holidays?
As long as I’m laughing and smiling with my girl Shawna, then it doesn’t matter what I’m doing.

What’s one holiday treat you can’t help indulging in?
I like me some apple pie! But for the most part, I try to stick to the healthy plan that works all year round.

How do you avoid overeating at holiday parties?
Never show up hungry! And if you must drink alcohol, drink a ten-ounce glass of water between each beverage. You won’t get as drunk, act as stupid, or pack on as many calories!

What’s your best advice for staying fit during the holidays?
Stick to your routine! Don’t let festivities slow you down. Train like it’s March 18th, June 8th, or September 22nd.

What are some good, quick workouts you can do while travelling?
You can never go wrong with P90X3™ Yoga. Oh, and by the way, it’s only 30 minutes!


What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?
Personal video messages from my kids telling me that they love me. It’s so priceless to see their little faces and voices change over the years. I cry every time.

What’s at the top of your wish list this year?
To have Carl and Jon show up to one of my 5:30 AM PiYo workouts!

Can you share some of your favorite, healthy holiday recipes?
This year I’ll be making kale, walnut, cranberry, and avocado salad.

How do you avoid overeating at holiday parties?
I eat a cup or so of raw veggies before I go.

What’s your best advice for staying fit during the holidays?
Set a December “No Gain” goal. Get organized and start early so that ‘feeling behind’ doesn’t become your excuse.

What are some good, quick workouts you can do while travelling?
I always run the stairwells. I just kinda dance up the stairs to my favorite jams!


What are your plans for the holidays?
My little brother is coming over for Thanksgiving at my house. I cook, we eat, and then I kick his butt in Rumicube.

Can you share some of your favorite healthy holiday recipes?
Here’s the recipe for my turkey chili:

  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 1 diced yellow onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of expeller pressed coconut oil
  • 2 cans organic kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can organic diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup red wine (I used a cabernet I had on hand)
  • 1 lb. cooked turkey or grass fed ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons fresh, chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions: Saute peppers, onion and garlic in coconut oil for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients including the cooked meat. Bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and a sprinkle of crumbled goat cheese on top. Great Sunday football food!

How do you avoid overeating at holiday parties?
I never go to a holiday party hungry. I also try to avoid having conversations while standing next to the buffet table—it’s an easy way to overeat.

What’s your best advice for staying fit during the holidays?
You need to be mindful of what you’re eating, stay diligent with your workouts, and not look at the holiday season as a free-for-all with food and booze.

What are some good, quick workouts you can do while travelling?

What are your plans for the holidays?
Visiting my family back home in Israel and spending time with my fiancée’s family in New York. I’m really looking forward to it!

What’s one holiday treat you can’t help indulging in?
I don’t indulge, I enjoy. I think the word indulge is associated with regret and I never regret anything. If I see something that I want to eat, I just eat it. I don’t think twice.

How do you avoid overeating at holiday parties?
Eat your regular meals as you would normally. This way, you will make better choices and are less likely to overeat. Another idea is to bring a healthy dish to share and enjoy.

What’s your best advice for staying fit during the holidays?
Stay balanced physically, emotionally, and spiritually.


What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?
When I was 6 years old, I got a bike. That was very exciting because it was the beginning of my fitness life.

What’s at the top of your wish list this year?
A beach house. But I’ll be happy with continued good health and a new pair of jeans that will make my butt look good.

Can you share some of your favorite holiday recipes?
Quinoa with shrimps. Here are the ingredients: Quinoa, shrimp, cucumber, lemon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, soy, beets, dry cranberry, nuts, lettuce or arugula.

  1. Rinse and drain the shrimp in cold water and set aside until ready to use.
  2. 20 minutes before you prepare the dish, put lemon on shrimp. After you dry the shrimp, add chopped one garlic clove, salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes.
    Sauté the shrimp.
  3. Cut beets in small pieces and cook in boiling water. Then cook the quinoa in the same water you cooked the beets.

Add salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, lemon and soy and leave in the fridge until time to serve. Add dried cranberry, chopped cucumber on top and serve the quinoa/shrimp on top of one lettuce leaf. Voila!

How do you avoid overeating at holiday parties?
I try to eat something healthy first so I’m not hungry. I don’t worry about it too much though. After all, we have to enjoy life.

What’s your best advice for staying fit during the holidays?
Plan in advance and work out a little harder before the holidays. Also, make sure not to forget to continue to eat healthy things at home like Shakeology®, soup, or salad.

What are some good quick workouts you can do while traveling?

Executing Emerald to Diamond Training

If November’s all about giving thanks, then here’s something your business will really appreciate: the new Emerald to Diamond training program. Who better to get you up to speed than the creator of the program herself, Senior Manager, Training and Field Development, LeeAnne Ruff. Plus, you’ll hear from Lauren Duke, Meg Wiczynski, Leslie Kortes, and Vito La Fata—four powerhouse Coaches who are already putting the program into action and leading their groups to greatness.

LeeAnne explains: I created Emerald to Diamond to train Emerald Coaches who want to propel their businesses to Diamond—and beyond. The program mirrors the format of Coach Basics—60 days of daily content divided into two, 30-day modules. It includes best practices from our top Coaches for going beyond the basics and building a solid foundation. We strongly believe this program will give our leaders a solid system to create exponential growth and duplication within their Teams.

Leslie Kortes: I saw a large increase in new Diamonds—7 to 53. Amazing! We also had many multiple star Diamonds in just 10 months. I love that I’m seeing stronger Emeralds, Coaches eager to learn the business, and more effective leadership and duplication.

Vito La Fata: The numbers don’t lie; we saw the average Coach quadruple their income during the training. What’s even more inspiring is that Coaches who went through the program developed into better leaders. This is by far the most important part because the very act of leading creates stronger, more confident Coaches.

Meg Wiczynski: This training helped our Team get out of a plateau we’d been in. It also gave our Emerald Coaches the confidence to reach for Diamond. I had five Coaches go Diamond in my group and two current Diamonds build stronger overall Teams.

How often do you plan to run the Emerald to Diamond program?

Vito La Fata: We run a version of Emerald to Diamond every month. We expose our Downline to a deep bullpen of leaders because you never know which leader will have an insight or perspective that can unlock a Coach’s potential. This diversity also helps to make managing the groups less time consuming and keeps the energy level up.

Did you find this program built stronger leaders on your Team?

Lauren Duke: Yes! The idea exchange and the conversations that occurred were beneficial to everyone in the group. Now we have a group of emerging leaders who are ready to rock.

Did you work with other leaders?

Leslie Kortes: I like to work with a group of about 20 Coaches and a small handful of leaders, because that way, future Diamonds get to learn from several of us!

What were your biggest takeaways after running the program?

Lauren Duke: My biggest takeaway was that I needed to be present in the group! You can’t just post things and then hope for the best. It’s definitely a mentoring opportunity, and a total Team effort.

Leslie Kortes: I had to fine-tune the program and add my own style! I also learned that it was okay to be tough and create guidelines. If someone wasn’t checking in, they couldn’t stay in the group. I also set expectations with the other leaders. Before every group, we did a Zoom call for 30 minutes and hashed out clear and defined roles.

Vito La Fata: The Emerald to Diamond helps you progress quickly and sets you up in half the time. It also allows you to help your Coaches who need a platform to follow. The fact that they can work on their leadership skills early on will create stronger Coaches on the back end.

Meg Wiczynski: My biggest takeaway was to keep things simple and give my Team the necessary information. Each Coach has the same tools and chances to be successful with this business, but it’s up to them to do the work and apply it to their business.

What are your ‘Top 3 Tips’ for someone new to running the program?

Lauren Duke: I would encourage everyone to use the tools in the Emerald to Diamond leader guide and participant guide. Also, keep in mind that a bigger group doesn’t mean a better or more productive one! The smaller the group, the better the interaction. And lastly, be ready to put your own spin on the training to make it fun and remember to recognize those who achieve milestones, or go above and beyond.

Leslie Kortes: First, set expectations. Define who the group is for, what they will be committing to and what you will expect of them daily. Second, work with leaders on your Team to fill a group with committed and passionate Coaches who are ready to dig in together. Third, create a culture that fosters new leadership. Remember; these Emeralds are new Team leaders in the making!

Vito La Fata: Find a success partner and tag team. You’ll have more fun, get more help, and enjoy growing your leadership skills together. Next, keep what works and get rid of what doesn’t. Not every lesson will be perfect for your Team or vision. Lastly, stay consistent and disciplined in running the program. You will get better, gain more traction, and get more comfortable as a leader.

Meg Wiczynski: Be open to listening to opinions. Ask your Team what they like or don’t like so you can make changes for the next group. Next, do the assignments along with your Team. Not only will this help you stay on track with your business, but it will also motivate your Team to match your energy and focus. Finally, schedule weekly zoom calls. Getting to see your teammates face to face makes a big difference!
