Any Coach can register for the trip, but must meet these quarterly qualifications:

Quarter 1:

March 31st, 2016 – Registered Coaches must have earned a minimum of 10 Success Club Points in 2016*.

Quarter 2:

June 30th, 2016 – Registered Coaches must have earned a minimum of 15 Success Club Points in 2016*.

Quarter 3:

Sept. 30th, 2016 – Registered Coaches must have earned a minimum of 20 Success Club Points in 2016*.

What’s the mantra of all successful Team Beachbody® Leaders? Help others achieve results. It’s about real results. No one knows this more than 15 Star Diamond Coach and motivational dynamo, Danielle Natoni. Danielle has advice on everything from connecting your Challengers with the right program to inspiring others when the going gets tough. Make it your first task of 2016 to soak up all of Danielle’s positive energy and infinite wisdom!

Q. How do you help your Challengers establish their goals and connect them with the right program?
I have them fill out a form that lets me know what Beachbody® programs they’ve completed, what their goals are and why they want to work with me. This allows me to know them better, but also helps identify what program would be the best fit. Many times I have Challengers finish a program they thought they couldn’t complete before I will recommend a new one. It’s about getting them that feeling of success that launches them to the next level.

Q. How do you keep your Team accountable?
Accountability comes with culture. We communicate a ton. We have weekly Team calls, check-ins and discussions via our groups. We have live power hours with our Diamond leaders. We host Diamonds ‘take-the-lead’ weeks where different leaders on our Team share their insights. We celebrate success, cheer each other along, and want everyone to be their best. You can’t hold someone accountable you don’t have a relationship with.

Q. How do you ensure you’re constantly helping your people get results?
I do this by identifying a program that matches their needs, forming Challenge Groups that keep them engaged from beginning to end, focusing on achieving meaningful results, and being committed to the individual’s goals versus my own goals. It’s what they want versus what you want. Sometimes we want “it” for us and not for them. Focusing on real results is taking the long-run view as opposed to the quickest and most convenient. Focus on what will create the strongest and greatest loyalty.

Q. How has helping people get results helped you get business results?
As Coaches, our success is directly related to how many people we help. I always giggle when someone says that they don’t want to work the business; they just want to help people. The bigger your business, the more people you’re helping. If you aren’t working the business, you are helping less people. Let helping people be your main focus and you will be successful.

Q. Talk about the importance of consistency…
I always say this business isn’t sexy, it’s consistent. If you wake up, drink your shake, do your workout, read your book, and post on social media, you will have incredible results and a booming business. Show up every day doing those vital activities. It’s what you do when you really don’t want to that differentiates the successful from the unsuccessful businesses. You’ll not only have a better business, but all areas of your life will be positively affected.

Q. How do you inspire your Team—and your Challengers—to keep going when the going gets tough?
I believe in being 100 percent real with my Team and Challengers. I motivate, inspire, push, and let them know when I’m struggling, too. I’ve also started using voice memos. These are quick, personal sound bites to message people whenever they need a boost and pick-me-up. They are so simple to do and add a personal touch that can make all the difference in the world to someone.

Q. How important is having an accountability partner?
The results tell it all. Since working with my accountability partner, Julie Voris, I’ve seen significant gains in my business and in my life. I have someone to bounce ideas off, collaborate with, share successes, and have difficult discussions with. We push each other, motivate each other and stretch each other. It’s not necessarily easy to “find the one” or for that matter “be the one” but it’s definitely worth it from an increased results, learning and enjoyment standpoint.
