What's your favorite part about Summit?
Seeing so many people who've found their true purpose in life—their raison d'etre so to speak. It's impressive to witness how Coaches are improving their lives in so many ways.

What has surprised you most about Summit?
The fact that Beachbody succeeds in creating such a monumental experience year after year. It's truly mind boggling.

Have you been to Nashville?
I have. The town has such great culture and history. A very different experience from Las Vegas. So much great food and music. The locals are all down to Earth and something about it feels like home.

What are you looking forward to the most about this year's Summit?
To reconnect with old friends and press the flesh with Coaches and fans. Maybe I'll even run into Ry Cooder or Ricky Skaggs.

What do you teach Coaches during Summit?
Many of the things I teach are what Coaches practice in their businesses: Planning, accountability, and creating a philosophy you can apply to your entire life.

What's your favorite/funniest memory from Summit?
The superworkout! It's a truly impressive moment. This year, I'm looking forward to seeing 25,000 people basically shutting down the city of Nashville!

How do you prepare for Summit? Any special things you pack?
I make sure to get enough down time, so I have the energy to connect with as many people as possible. I want to be the same authentic guy people see in the workouts.

What's your favorite part about Summit?
Getting on stage in front of the Coaches and motivating them beyond anything they ever thought possible.

What has surprised you most about Summit?
The number of people who touch my butt when they take a picture with me.

Have you been to Nashville?
I've never been there, but I'm so excited to see what this year's event will bring.

What are you looking forward to the most about this year's Summit?
The CIZE class! We're going to dance our butts off. CIZE really matters.

What do you teach Coaches during Summit?
To focus on the end of the workout. That's when you really start to believe in yourself 100 percent. And Coaches can then spread that message to others.

How do you prepare for Summit?
I work on designing the workouts and preparing my music tracks. I don't really pack anything special; I just pack me.

What's your favorite part about Summit?
Running through the crowds and photobombing unsuspecting Coaches. They usually scream or laugh and have a very genuine, fun reaction. I love doing that!

What has surprised you most about Summit?
How absolutely huge it is!

What do you teach Coaches during Summit?
Typically, I'm teaching PiYo® and Turbo. But I especially love when Coaches ask me about business development and leadership.

What's your favorite/funniest memory from Summit?
I got lost after one of my appearances and wound up in a big group party with only Puerto Rican Coaches. One girl jumped on me, accidentally knocking me over. Then 10 of her friends piled on for a group hug. I call it my Justin Bieber moment.

How do you prepare for Summit?
I need to plan for 5 days of appearances plus back-up outfits. Also, because I'm only 5' 2'' everything has to be altered several weeks in advance. To pull it off and feel totally prepared, I create an excel doc. Then, I hang each outfit and label them by the appearance. The last thing I want to worry about is what I'm wearing at any given moment!

Last year was my first Summit and I loved every minute of it. But my absolute favorite was getting an opportunity to talk to Coaches and hear their stories.

Yes, many times. My older sister and my dad live there. Usually when I go to Nashville, it's all about family time.

The Super Workout. Shutting down Main street in Nashville and taking 25,000 people through a workout will be the experience of a lifetime.

What do you teach Coaches during Summit?
21 Day Fix® and 21 Day Fix EXTREME® workouts. I teach something different to each person I interact with based on the vibe I get.

What's your favorite/funniest memory from Summit?
While dancing at Summit last year, my fishnet top got caught on my bra. One wrong arm move and there would have been a wardrobe malfunction!

How do you prepare for Summit?
I make sure I'm on point with my workouts and nutrition so I feel ready to teach. I also make sure I have enough snacks!

SAGI KALEV:

Sagi Kalev

The excitement and hype is like the Super Bowl. But the best part is giving hugs, shaking hands and hearing stories from the Coaches. 'Friends on Facebook" becomes a reality.

Finding out who the next winners of the Beachbody Classic will be. I also want to connect with people; every person matters to me.

I'll never forget when Carl first announced Body Beast® to Coaches and I came out on stage. My other favorite memory is the Beachbody Classic; it was a game changer.
