What inspired you to create Country Heat?

I love lifting weights, but I'm really a dancer at heart. It's my stress relief and my happy place. I believe that working out has to be fun in order to stay with it. What's more fun than dancing with friends to great country music? You don't even realize you're torching calories!

What can customers expect from the program?

30 minutes of heart-pumping, calorie-burning fun! Not to mention top country music hits from all your favorite artists and moves that are so easy anyone can do them. You will be smiling, singing along, having fun and dripping in sweat by the end of each workout. But most of all, you can expect amazing results without lifting a weight.

What makes it unique?

This isn't old, twangy country music; it's crossover, mainstream country music that you love. Not cheesy at all! Also, you don't have to be a dancer to do the program—these are super-easy moves that anyone can do.

Are you a fan of country music?

I absolutely love country music! Zac Brown Band is one of my favorite groups.

How did you select the music tracks?

This was a real process. Not only did I want songs that people will know and love to sing along to, they had to have just the right tempo so you could dance to them. The songs we ultimately picked were broken up into different categories like bouncy songs and high energy. Then, we decided what moves would best go with them.

Do you need to know how to dance to do this program?

No. Each routine has a "moves breakdown" that you can watch and learn from. And even if you don't watch this demo, the moves are still easy enough to pick up during the workout.

Who is the ideal Country Heat customer?

Anyone who wants to lose weight while having fun! You don't have to know country music. In fact, we had many people try the workouts that weren't country music fans, but had a blast and said they would do it again.
